Our Palletrak pallet flow rack systems are designed for each pallet flow rack handling application and are engineered to integrate with other material handling systems. They maximize storage density with their flow-through gravity-fed design allowing pallet loads to flow under controlled speed to the discharge position for removal. The Selectrak carton flow rack is ideal for new or existing carton flow rack systems utilizing step or structural beams for carton flow support. The carton flow rack maximizes SKU pick faces when it is incorporated with pallet racks and mezzanines. We offer five different types of pallet racks including boltless, Durabuilt, structural bolted, drive-in and double deep pallet racks. Our runner bed racks utilize our Durabuilt® all-welded bed sections which are stronger and more rigid than shelves with clip-together members. We supply storage racks to all major carpet manufacturers. Our Durabuilt carpet rack beams & uprights are constructed of heavy gauge steel, and our welded bed section provides maximum strength & resistance to forklift impact. The strength of these rigid components allows greater load capacity, and reduced maintenance costs. The uprights allow vertical adjustment in 2" increments. We also provide various contract products & services such as damaged rack analysis & repair, industrial painting, sustainable packaging, and metal fabrication. We offer safety inspection, repair recommendations, kit fabrication and installation.
