Feed Water Systems Manufacturers

Feed Water Systems consist of two feed water pumps in the turbine building, 16-inch piping from the pumps to the feed water heaters, two 16-inch lines from the heaters to the feed water manifold, then four 12-inch lines running from the manifold to the containment penetrations. There are isolation valves just above the feed water pumps. Feed water system is used to supply the steam to steam generators after depressurization. It is used as a cold water source for feeding the steam generators. In this case flow from the feed water systems into the steam generators is initiated when the pressure in the steam generators drop below the pressure in the feed water system.
