Profile: Ferre Form Metal Products, Inc. manufactures deep drawn metal components. We also assist in the designing and redesigning of components. We are an ISO 9001 certified company. Our CAD system generates drawings showing specifications possible with a drawn metal part. Our in-house engineering and tooling capabilities allow for the flexibility to produce the parts in a timely & precise manner. We fabricate parts from ferrous and nonferrous alloys including steel, brass, stainless steel, copper, bronze, aluminum, nickel silver & phosphorous bronze. We maintain a significant inventory of various materials to meet on-time requirements. Our multiple station transfer presses can draw to depths of 1.375″ and gages from 0.003″ to 0.040″. Special features such as roll threading, side piercing, beading and marking are produced as the part is formed. Our additional capabilities and services include plating, rust prevention, deburring, passivating & secondary operations. Our preventative based quality system utilizes tools such as S.P.C., process control plans, F.M.E.A. and in-house pre-control. This system is implemented throughout the process beginning with the receiving of raw material to the final inspection and shipment of parts.
