Film Capacitors Manufacturers

A film capacitor has three layers: a bottom electrode, a dielectric material, and a top electrode. The insulating material may contain two different types of electrodes. Characteristics of capacitor elements include capacitance per unit area, temperature coefficient of capacitance, dissipation factor, dielectric constant, and breakdown voltage. Common dielectric materials used for film capacitor formation include SiO, tantalum oxide, and organic polymers. Capacitor electrodes are usually made from Al, Au, Cu, or Ta, depending on the dielectric material used.
