Film Embossing Rolls is used in the surface of a thermoplastic film. Laser beam is used to cut into the smooth silicone rubber surface of the roll, a pattern or design which replicates a negative of a leather grain. It is used to run in-line with cast or blown film extruders, or with off-line systems. Rolls are used to apply decorative or functional patterns.
