We manufacture various rubber products including rubber plugs, caps, grommets, rollers, bellows, and molded parts. Our rubber pull plugs are ideal for threaded and non-threaded through holes. These are available in a wide range of sizes. We can also manufacture rubber pull plugs in custom diameters and lengths. We manufacture rubber caps including silicon rubber and flange caps. We provide standard rubber caps for protecting & masking parts in applications including painting, plating, anodizing, powder coating and abrasive. We offer a wide range of buffers of various types. These range from straight forward bobbins with different combinations of tapped holes, threaded studs, cylindrical or hexagonal plates, interleaves & profiled rubber, through to rectangular body pad buffers and bump stops. We also produce a wide range of additional mounting systems such as device, air, side bearer, T and U-mounts. Our collection of standard grommets in stock have inside diameters ranging from .094 inch to over 5 inch with an assortment of outer diameters & grooves widths. Our vibration mount grommets are applied for noise reduction and protection from forces generated in compression. We manufacture plastic injection molded parts and assemblies with injection molding capabilities ranging from 30 to 385 tons. We also provide in-house mold making & tooling services, as well as design and rapid prototyping.
