Profile: Flexatherm Expanllow Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of metallic expansion bellows, joints, compensators and metallic flexible hoses. We provide supervision of erection and fitment of bellows on piping systems. We offer axial joints, universal joints, hinged joints, pressure balance joints and rectangular bellow products. Our flexible joint in un-restrained condition is used in straight and oblong piping runs duly anchored to absorb longitudinal displacements. Our axial joints absorb lateral displacements. Our rectangular joints are used in low pressure rectangular ducting to absorb displacement due to thermal expansion/vibration in the system. These are available in rounded, single miter, camera corner and double miter corner. Our universal joints uses two or more bellow elements to permit combinations of lateral, angular and axial movement in three planes. Limit stops/rods are generally furnished to control the action and also support longer assemblies. A tied universal design can absorb the system pressure thrust along the deflected lateral plane while in operation. Tie rods are attached on the outer ends in this type of bellows to span both bellows and centrespool. This joint is effectively used in Z shape piping in multiplane.
