Our products include hole punching, inter partition welding, heat sealing, stress testing, weld & separator checking, air leakage testing and data/code punching machines. Our air leakage testing machine with buzzers checks all six cells in one cycle. Leakage of cells can be watched on respective digital/analog pressure gauges, that are provided for all cells. In addition to this, leaked cells have a visual indicator with a buzzer, for respective cells with respective tunes. A date/code punching machine punches date/codes for respective dates with a hot stamping machine. It is available in manual and automatic type. Weld & separator checking machines check for splashes of lead, if any. It checks if the separator is missing. It also checks, that all the cells are connected to each other. It gives visual indication, and an audio alarm in case of faults. Our inter partition welding machine connects cells through the partition of a container. It forges an L-connector of cells through the hole of the partition together, and passes a heavy current at low voltage.
