Hydraulic Seals
We offer a wide range of seals for all the application in the field of hydraulic and pneumatic. The different requirements and operating condition to be necessitated in hydraulic systems and equipments requires a wide variety of different types of seals. In addition to operating parameters such as speed of stroke, temperature, system pressure and media, the duty cycle of the equipments, the expected service life, no leakage, low friction and the price/performance ratio also very important for selection of seals. Static seals are used to hold the leakage through the system depending on the application. There are several types of seals available in different shapes and different materials such as PTFE, rubber, etc.

PTFE /Teflon Seals
PTFE are used in conjunction with rubber elastic material or metal spring, which provide the necessary contact pressure and preload with the sliding surface. It is a fluoro plastic that work as thermoplastic portrayed by excellent resistance to chemicals. This is due to the strong carbon-florine bond in the molecular chain. The thermal operating range is between - 200 degree Celsius to +260 degree Celsius. The good anti-adhesive characteristic and low coefficient of fiction in static and dynamic conditions are features of fluoro plastic.
