We specialize in injection molding of techno polymers, PTFE semi finished & finished products, valve seats, peek, and PTFE sliding bearings. Our PTFE is a fluoropolymer, normally considered as a thermoplastic material, but with chemical-physical features that make specific processing techniques essential. Our slipper rings are made out of a segment in filled PTFE with an elastomer ring. The slipper seals replace rubber in dynamic applications resulting in low costs, long duration and high technical limits. Our seals are designed for aeronautical use and during the years, they have got more and more success in fluid-dynamic servo-system sectors due to their low friction properties and the lack of stick-slip effect.
