Profile: Frisa Industries is a forging company that supplies rings and blanks to machine shops. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. Our products include rolled ring forgings, contoured rolled rings, open die forgings and raw material inventory. We offer a wide variety of rolled ring forgings of shapes such as rectangular cross section, washer type, sleeves, thin and heavy wall. Our rolled ring forging has an outside diameter up to 236”/6,000 mm with a face height of 36”/914 mm. We offer a variety of open die forging shapes including rings, discs, shafts, bonnets, and blocks. We carry a variety of material grades and custom melts from different mills all over the world. We are equipped with 4 hydraulic presses and 5 radial axial rolling mills. Our computer controlled heat treating furnaces and quenching tanks enable us to maintain uniform temperatures & cycles. The result is a more reliable product, increasing the consistency in the mechanical properties. We have numerous conventional and CNC lathes that are capable of rough/finish machining parts up to 220” outside diameter.
