Profile: GSV MicroTech manufactures flow meters, conductivity meters, pH indicators, temperature indicators, ultrasonic level indicators, process indicators, power/energy meters, power factor correction subsystems, dedicated PLC’s, motorized valves, electronic metering pumps and data acquisition systems.

We offer process indicators in both LCD and LED models. These indicators can be programmed in the field to indicate process variables. Multiple setpoints operating 1 or 2 relays can be programmed. All indicators come with two operating modes, independently programmable. Linear, square root and lookup table conversion can be done for each operating mode.

We supply paddle wheel flow meters with pulse input flow meters as well as 4-20mA/0-5V flow indicators. It is used for line sizes starting from ˝” to 48”. Accuracy is +-1% of full scale. These meters come with complete sensor, fittings and indicator/totalizers. We also have power meters and panel meters for single phase and three phase power measurements. Three phase energy meters with RS485/MODBUS option can be used to communicate to PC, SCADA and other software.

Our ultrasonic level transmitters find a number of applications like level indication inside tanks, object detection and web loop tension estimation. Non-contact level measurement ensures ease of fitting and use. Further these level transmitters have RS485/MODBUS connection for direct interface to a network. These ultrasonic instruments are backed by rugged level indicators that are available in both LCD and LED models. These indicators can be used in the control room and can be programmed for both level and volume measurement for tanks. Lookup table conversion ensures correct display for volume for non-linear tanks. The most frequent application is a cylindrical tank lying on its side.
