Profile: Girard Industries began manufacturing the first polly-pig in 1968. Since then Girard has expanded its line of pipeline cleaning products to include a wider selection of Polly-Pigs for almost any pipeline need. The Turbo Series® are solid cast polyurethane pips with combination of cups and discs. Girard has one of the largest size ranges of Spheres for cleaning and proving pipelines with up to 5 sphere sizes per nominal pipe size. The Steel Mandrel pigs are customizable for a variety of applications including cleaning, batching and gauging pipelines with optional brushes and/or magnets. Girard also provides polyurethane replacement Discs & Cups for almost every steel body pig in use today.
