We are specialized in tungsten carbide balls and seats. Tungsten carbide valve seats are available for use in a variety of configurations & specifications for use in wear, corrosive and erosive conditions. Each seat includes a finished port area and is pressure tested to insure a positive ball/seat seal. Our quality control insures defect-free finished seats that reduce installation time. We also manufacture custom seats as per drawings and material specifications. We manufacture and stock 5/32″ to 5/8″ tungsten carbide balls in Grade 25. Balls can also be made as per desired material specifications including tungsten carbide cobalt, nickel and titanium. We stock standard size balls in 6% cobalt material. We also manufacture carbide seat inserts for hydraulically actuated downhole oil well pumps in standard 5/16″ and 3/8″ sizes. We are specialized in custom engineered carbide parts for any application that requires the extreme hardness and wear resistance of tungsten carbide.
