These adhesives provide superior performance at the lowest overall adhesive cost of any hot melt. These are widely applied in tray forming, ream wrap, roll wrap and straw attachments. These adhesives run continuously well, allowing for precise control of bead size and bead placement. LiquiLoc™ labeling adhesives are a family of high performance water-based container labeling adhesives. These are specifically developed for excellent machining and versatility. This line of adhesives exhibits superior bonding to all types of containers, from returnable bottles that require outstanding water, moisture and ice resistance, to low energy surfaces such as PET, PP, or treated PE. We also offer various equipments such as adhesive supply units, manual applicators, hot melt hoses, adhesive nozzles, drum unloaders, roll applicators, padding presses, adhesive feeders and pattern controllers. The Dynatec EZ hot melt glue nozzle is a one piece nozzle designed for fast removal and replacement. The design allows operators to easily change nozzles without tools as well as quick and easy inspection & cleaning of the nozzle. Large brass nozzle is clearly identified and the size reduces stringing.
