Model BI602AER is an impulse test stand for aeronautical hydraulic components. The test cabinet combines two independent hot chambers simulating environmental testing with maximum test temperature up to 135°C (275°F). It can run impulse test up to 600 bar (8,700 psi) with square waveform in accordance with SAE J343 & ISO6803, peak waveform per MIL A 5503E, prEN2624 & ARP1383, and customized waveform with up to 20 different programmable points. Test cycles are managed by PLCs and built-in industrial grade PC. We supply a complete product line for the electronic assembly requirement including selective soldering systems, wave soldering, chipshoter, screen printers, automatic optical inspection, reflow ovens, laser marking and material handling.
