Our modular design and broad choice enables us to custom build the exact testing facilities required, while keeping within the specific layout & space requirement. We offer a full line of glove/sleeve, blanket, hose/hood, stick and bucket liner testers. We have developed adapters to test several secondary insulators such as hard hats, boots and line jumpers within a standard glove tester cabinet, eliminating the need for a special tester for low volume items. We can custom design testers for virtually any specialty item. Our glove and sleeve test units are completely wired & assembled at the factory & require only electric power, compressed air & tap water to place into service. Each unit is equipped to test sleeves using the hammock method/the straight dip di-electric fluid method. Double test units with a central control panel are available in a straight line formation/in a 90° configuration with the control panel in the corner. Our units can also test helmets, boots, hose, hoods, covers and jumpers with appropriate optional test fixtures. The excess water discharge system is automatic. The drain hose can run to a floor drain in any desired location. An automated direct data acquisition system is optionally available with software for accurately measuring and recording voltage & milliamp leakage. The gate, rack and high voltage switch operate automatically as programmed by the factory with a pneumatic system. The rack and probes are both color coded by class for easy set up.
