We offer custom industrial oven, furnace, washer & thermal system. We provide a wide variety of custom designed industrial washers, cleaning systems, tanks, and processing lines. This equipment is used in single stage cleaning applications to multi stage pretreatment systems for cleaning parts prior to painting or applying coatings. We offer and integrates controls packages, conveying systems, chemical metering equipment, dryers, blow-offs, water pretreatment and waste water handling and ventilation systems for all of custom needs. Equipment is designed using the environmental and OSHA regulations utilizing various grades of stainless steel or mild steel based on the chemicals used and work environment. Multi–stage industrial washers are designed for removing oils and dirt from parts prior to painting or assembling. Industrial washers are designed to meet the process requirements specified by the chemical being used for cleaning. Wash and phosphate stages are typically heated using indirect gas fired burner and tubes or by using electric emersion heaters. Various stages are constructed based on the chemicals being used and are most often built from various grades of stainless steel. Overhead conveyors such as I-beam and enclosed track designs are used for conveying the parts. Conveyor line speeds determine the overall length of the system. Spray system designs incorporate various arrangements of nozzles and spray risers giving the best coverage and cleaning as parts are conveyed through the system.
