Description: Hydraulic cylinders manufactured by Hydropower Engineers are quality designed and produced for dependability and performance in a wide range of hydraulic applications. The company offers standard cylinders, single and double acting, tie rod, welded construction in bore diameters of 40 to 500 mm, stroke lengths up to 3000 mm and operating pressure up to 300 bar continuous operation (special applications requiring higher pressure is available on request). The mounting ends are designed to customer requirements. Piston rods are hard chrome plated. Piston rods are made of EN-8 materials that are ground hard and chrome plated. Special rod of induction hardened, end styles and sizes are available. Ports: BSP, NPTE or SAE 0 ring ports can be arranged at any position related to cylinder mounting. Seals: all cylinders incorporate seals suitable for use with petroleum-based fluids from -20°C to +60°C. Seals material options that are offered are PU, Viton, PTFE, and Nitrile. Pressure rating: hydropower cylinders are rated for maximum 300 bar (4200 PSI) pressure for continuous operation. Special applications requiring higher pressure may be considered on request.
