We design hydraulic tensioning systems that fit hydraulic tensioner applications when standard models won�t. A wide selection of materials is available to suit specific tensioning application environments. We also provide Fixed Stud Tensioners and hydraulic nuts & pumps. Fixed stud tensioner models are compact and simple to use. Any number of tools can be interconnected resulting in a uniform load in each fastener. For tightening bolted connections, fixed hydraulic stud tensioning is the ideal method to choose. These are designed to fit specific stud sizes, and provide an extremely compact tensioner that is simple to use. Hydraulic stud tensioning eliminates inaccuracies and helps achieve correct bolt loading in critical connections. Our Variable Stud Tensioner models allow the hydraulic tensioning of several thread sizes/types of threads using a common hydraulic load cell. These models also have side hydraulic ports, giving them the lowest installed height. All that is necessary is to change out the pullers and bridges to accommodate a different size. The versatility of this stud tensioner keeps tool inventory to a minimum. Our hydraulic tensioning system designs are verified with finite element analysis, and extensive laboratory & field testing.
