Profile: Hydrotec Systems specializes in the manufacture & export of liquid ring vacuum pump and systems. Our products include water jet ejector, water ring vacuum, steam jet ejector, single stage vacuum, two stage water ring, rough castings, HV series and single stage cone set pumps. We manufacture liquid ring vacuum pumps in single & double stage and compressors with capacity ranging from 20 M³/hr onwards with vacuum levels up to 730 mm Hg at sea level & pressure up to 2 kg/cm² (g). Water and steam jet ejectors are available in cast iron, stainless steel, phosphorus bronze & polypropylene material. Our pumps are widely applied in paper industry, pharmaceutical, chemical & bulk drug plants, ship building, textile industry, sugar & filter plants and processing plants. These are used in sugar & filter plants for recovering valuable chemicals by efficiently washing and separating the filtrate from filter cake. These are also used for discharging the cake from filters, for rotary drum vacuum filters and vacuum pans. These are offered in S, D, HTS & HV series having balanced radial forces on rotor & bearings to avoid vibration and for longer life. We have all required instruments, gauges and equipments to check all parameters of the vacuum pumps.
