We have designed and developed various systems for biomass gasification, pyrolysis, briquetting & drying. Gasifiers are essentially a chemical reactor, where several thermo-chemical processes such as pyrolysis, combustion and reduction take place. We have a wide range of burners in our range for burning hot producer-gas; these burners are suitable for almost every type of application. We have four distinct types of burner designed to suit different types of application. Our vortex burners are compact and fully automatic burners that are specially designed to suit low & medium temperature in application like hot-air-generators, ovens, thermic fluid heater & boilers. These are available in single stage, double stage and modulating control variants as per the requirements of the process. Swiri burners are specially designed burners which produce a vertical upward flame suitable for heating large works. These burners come in two capacities. Jet burners are suitable for high temperature application with constant loads like annealing and reheating furnaces. Long flame burners are suitable for low temperature application requiring long flames, where the furnace area is larger such as automatic fryers.
