Profile: Infrared New England offers infrared thermographers. Our thermographers are certified Level III by Infraspection Institute certified ones. Our service line includes energy scans, roof scans, block wall scans, moisture scans, commercial scans, equine scans and consultation services. We use high resolution FLIR P660 infrared cameras to detect and pinpoint deficiencies. We also offer commercial grade Retrotec Q5E hard panel automated blower doors to provide energy audit. Our energy audits can be done using an infrared camera alone or by incorporating the use of a commercial grade hard paneled blower door system & capable of doing large residential homes and commercial buildings. Our block wall scans service is used to verify the structural integrity of an existing building during purchase, often required by banks and insurance companies. By our moisture scan service, we are able to locate moisture & mold problems in homes and buildings caused by leaky pipes, roof ice dams and other leakages that originate from inside/outside sources. Our commercial, industrial and institutional building scanning is used to detect structural deficiencies, electrical component surveys, heat loss, insulation deficiencies, air leaks, and moisture & mold problems. We now offer building performance analysis - consulting & reporting for combustion safety (preventing carbon monoxide poisoning) and healthy environmental air quality assessment of residential home & commercial building and identifying heat & cooling loss due to improper air sealing and inadequate insulation.
