Profile: Intech Corporation specializes in the design and manufacturing of non-lubricated, light weight machine components such as gears and rollers. We provide self lubricating coatings for aluminum or other light weight materials. We produce non-lubricated parts which are used in high speed machines that have to withstand high forces and temperatures. We service both the OEM and maintenance markets. Our product line includes gears, rollers, pulleys & sprockets, material shapes and riveting systems. Our gears are used to reduce noise up to 6 dBA. Our knurled core provides high torque transmission and even heat dissipation from the shaft through the metal to the gear teeth. It has replaced both the hexagonal and round notched metal core in our delivery program. It also allows for closer minimum wall thickness in relation to both bore and root diameter, especially in border line cases.
