Profile: Integrated Manufacturing Technologies (IMT) provide process systems by integrating finish painted, pipe and steel fabrication, equipment, electric panels, cable/ladder tray, conduit, lighting, power and control wiring. Steel fabrication is accomplished through the strict adherence to American Welding Society (AWS) Structural Welding Code D1.1. We are capable of handling stick (SMAW), Mig (GMAW), Flux core (FCAW) and Submerged arc (SAW) processes, employing the latest welding techniques and safety practices. Our welding program incorporates Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ).
