Our unbalance motor vibrators are used where mechanical vibrations are required. The vibrations can be in the form of pure rectilinear vibrations for conveying/screening the material in vibratory feeders, screens and tables. The rectilinear vibrations are obtained by two unbalance motor vibrators rotating in the opposite directions. Our vibratory motor with special tough design is used as a drive for the vibrating machines. This motor has applications in feeding, screening and discharging. The vibration motors are available in 2800, 1440, 960 and 750 RPM. Our motor has a sturdy frame with stiffing ribs, body fabricated with high grade ductile iron, fitted with heavy duty cylindrical roller bearings and varnished winding with terminal box to withstand tough operating conditions. Our vibration motors are available from 0.25-7.5 HP in foot mounted design or flange mounted type. They are used in process plants, glass, food, metal, coal power plant, chemical, ceramic, foundries and packaging industries.
