The load tap changer filter (LTCF) is an automated filtration system for monitoring and removing carbon & water contamination in insulating oil produced by load tap changers. The LTCF is an on-line closed looped filtration system that is an effective means to increase the load tap changer reliability resulting in reduced operation and maintenance costs. The LTCF is a filtration unit designed to keep the load tap changer insulating oil at optimum dielectric strength without interrupting service. Our filters increases the maintenance intervals for load tap changers and provide worry free operation of transformers. The Enviro automated fuel cleaning, monitoring and maintenance systems are designed to filter stored diesel fuel that exceeds recommendations of the diesel engine manufacturers. The Enviro units eliminates the need for annual, or in some cases, bi-annual tank cleaning or fuel disposal. The Enviro wall and floor mounted systems are fully automated with UL rated Siemens Logo or programmable logic controllers (PLC) for ease of use & maintenance. Each enclosed control panel is UL 508A compliant. The Enviro systems are available with time based Siemens Logo or PLC technology that monitors the system for fuel contamination levels and fuel containment, capable of alerting the user of it's maintenance needs.
