We develop and manufacture precision engineering products/components used by large & multinational companies including defense establishments. We are also specialized in precision machining and offer sheet metal pressed components, heat treatment, grinding & lapping services. Our stainless steel bearing pads and thrust bearing assemblies are used by all submersible pump manufacturers. All the components of the thrust bearing assemblies are subjected to rigid quality control tests at every stage of production. Our bearing pads are made up of SS-420 stainless steel with precisely heat-treated, ground and super-lapped to mirror finish. Our seat plates are fitted in valve assemblies for Ingersoll-Rand air & gas compressors. We also develop seat plates suitable for IR air & gas compressors. Our channel valves & springs are fitted in inlet & discharge valves assemblies suitable for compressors.
