Our products include micro pulverisers, ribbon blenders, ball mills, centrifuges, sieving machines, tray dryers, conical blenders, impact pulverizers, reaction vessels and screw conveyors. Our micro pulverizer is a grinding unit, that offers a wide range of particle sizing from granular to fine grinds with safety & economy. It consists of a rotor assembly fitted with hammers & is generally operated at high speeds. The grinding action in all the pulverizers is due to the impact between rapidly moving hammers & the particle itself. The energy of the moving hammers is dissipated into the particles being ground by virtue of their inertia, thus causing particle size reduction. Its rotor shaft is made of suitable quality steel & is assembled with a beater assembly & sufficient number of bearings to withstand the loads caused by high speed revolutions & the impact of beaters & the particles. The micro pulverizer grinds, blends & disperses in a single dustless operation.
