KARTAL BOMBE CO. manufacture vessel heads, dished ends, dished end, dished head, dished heads, tank bottoms, tank heads, container bottoms according to DIN 28011, DIN 28013, EN 13445, 97/23 PED, ASME SEC. VIII DIV 1,2 edge with
joggle or any beveling type. Also we bend all type of profile, tube, pipe and provide heat treatment service. We manufactured the biggest dished end in one piece and the thickest coldformed dished head 70 mm in the world.
Head Dished-Ends: Leading in Metal forming since 1945, with the plant that has the largest capacity in the production area of head and profile bending. Plants are based on 40.000 m2 outdoor and 10.000 m2 indoor area, operate 20.000 tons of iron-steel annually.
Profile Bending: Turkey's largest plant in scope of production. From industrial sectors to construction, perfect products are delivered to all the industry bases and parts. While preparing the material for prior profile bending step, ISO 9001:2000 quality management system is applied. In 10.000 m2 indoor area, with 8 universal profile bending machines, every type of bending that industry need is met. Plants 12″ pipe, NPI 400 and 300x150 mm size profile bendings are done with no limit for maximum diameters for profile bending.
Cylinder & conical Bendings: To 3000 mm wideness and 40 mm plate thickness.
Heat Treatments: 360 kw and 50 kw capacity at Vd - tüv - merkblatta 451-82 \1, DIN17175, AD 2000 merkblatt HP-7\2, 7\3, Asme section VIII Div . 1 UCS 56 standards using electrical heating, electronically heating controlled heat treatment furnace types.
