We also manufacture heating cooling mixers, online hot embossing and ink printing machines, belling socketing machines, pvc scrap grinders & scrap pulverizers. Our extruders are available in parallel & conical technology for special applications of rigid pvc pipes, sheets, profiles & food and feed processing. We have segmented screws and hard material coating on screws. Our post extrusion machinaries include semi automatic belling machines, automatic PVC pipes and profile cutters, die mandrels sizers & die head & twin screw extruders. Our cooling tank has a spray bath which is fitted with spray nozzles that spray water to the outer surface of pipe at a high velocity. Our twin screw extruders are used to fabricate rigid U PVC pipes/profiles/plastic sheets for food processing, chemical, pharmaceuticals & for different other applications.
