Profile: Kajeco Industries manufactures castings in mild steel, cast iron and SG (ductile) iron in different grades as per international standards. Our product range includes pipes, pipe fittings, manhole covers, gratings, surface box, ornamental castings, garden furniture, industrial castings, non-ferrous castings, special castings and various other products. We manufacture pipes according to 1729-2002 standards. Each pipe is subject to internal hydro-static pressure test of 0.7kg/cm² for at least 45 seconds. This makes our pipes leak proof and we use materials in accordance with IS 210 Grade FG 150. It offers proper gaping inside the socket for lead joint in pipes. We manufacture pipe fittings as per ISO-2531 & IS-9523 standards. We take care of all quality parameters such as tensile, hardness, surface finish, coating, dimensions and leakage to deliver a full proof product. We are fully equipped with the latest technology for casting intricate castings in complex shapes & sizes. Our products include automobile casting, pump casings, compressor spares, earth moving equipments, water cooling plant components & gear boxes in mild steel, ductile and CI in different grades as specified by our customers to meet their needs. We specialize in the manufacture of fully machined sand & shell cast components made of copper & aluminum alloys. These components are used for various applications. We have a Skinler furnace to cast products in non ferrous metals such as gun metal. We also export our products to various countries worldwide.
