We manufacture a broad line of products from switchgear components such as shunts, connectors and sheet metal products to resistance welding consumables including error proofing electrodes & locator pins. Error proofing electrodes consist of conductive and insulated parts. These parts are designed to ensure that only when the nuts are fed correctly, the conductive part contacts the nut and the welding proceeds. Otherwise, the insulated parts contact the nut/the stampings and stop welding. These insulated parts can be used to weld the nuts with flange, nuts with pilot/nuts with their projections located along the outside perimeter. Flexible insulated busbars are made of several layers of uncoated/tinned copper strips and insulated with flexible PVC cover. The flexibility of the bars makes it possible to install them into difficult equipment/small places very easily. They will be particularly well used as connectors in switchgears and between transformers, switching devices & prefabricated power networks. We are fully equipped with manufacturing equipment for micro-arc oxidation and detonation spray coatings. We are capable of providing surface coating services to enhance the product performance with respect to wear resistance, corrosion protection, electric insulation, heat resistance as well as visual appearance.
