Our swing table short blasting machine is equipped with a swing table fitted on the hinged door. The job to be cleaned is placed on the swing table and moved inside the blast cabinet. Blast wheels impart shots on the components, while the table rotates at a constant speed to cover the total work area. Our tumblast shot blasting machine is widely used for shot blasting of small and medium sized cast & forged components. The machine has a heavy duty fabrication duly fitted with alloy steel and rubber liners to protect from internal wear. A heavy duty endless rubber belt is placed inside the equipment that holds the job components under a blast wheel. The belt rotates to tumble the job components constantly, thus exposing all faces under the blast stream. The blasted shots are recovered and recycled into the blast wheel & the dust generated is transferred into a fabric bag dust collector.
