Lasers help to optimize fabrication and cutting in tube/pipe processing by making it a single operation. Our two-tube laser cutters produce consistent and quality results with little setup time or production maintenance. We can competitively run small quantities to production runs. We have three Mazak fully automated lasers. Our CNC lathe machine can produce bar or tube parts up to 2.05" diameter and 16" in length. This machine has been outfitted for production with a new top bar feeder that will automatically infeed mill length bar for ultimate throughput of high volume production runs.
