Profile: Lipten Energy Solutions is an engineering, procurement and construction firm (EPC) that specializes in central energy plant (CEP) general contracting. We provide steam generation, power generation, control systems, chilled water systems, and water treatment systems. Our systems are custom designed to match the unique requirements of each of our clients for both new facilities and the conversion/upgrading of existing facilities. Our level of support can vary from an advisory role to complete turnkey facility construction. Our services include design, engineering, drawings (CAD), equipment specifications, procurement, installation, start-up, operator training and maintenance. We offer a wide range of boilers, control products and ancillary equipment. We provide a full line of boilers to meet the needs from small packaged fire tube and water tube boilers to 1.4 million pound-per-hour field erected units. We offer a variety of combustion technologies including ultra-low NOx gas burners, pulverized coal, circulating fluidized bed and traveling grate. These boilers can be outfitted with a wide variety of burners and accessories such as economizers, stacks, instrumentation & controls for a truly integrated solution. We can provide a wide range of size and type of packaged boilers to meet the needs for both steam & high temperature hot water service. Several styles of burners are available including gas, oil, low NOx, and multi-fuel burners. We offer a wide variety of field erected boilers ranging in size for 50,000 - 1,400,000 lbs/hr. Burning solid, liquid or gaseous fuels, these boilers can meet almost any need. These boilers meet or exceed all ASME requirements. We can furnish anything from stand-alone pressure vessels to complete foundation to roof installations. We design and develop central energy plant control systems.
