Our Hoses are used for conveying chemical, chemically corrosive Fluids, Steam and Gases.They are also used in extreme temperature which are from cryogenic temperature to temperature as high as 800 degree C. These can be used to accommodate lateral and axial movements during operation of machines and can absorb vibration to a great extent. These hoses depending on the application can also be used instead of rubber/plastic hoses.
We manufacture Hoses ranging from 1/4" ID to 8" ID. We have installed a highly sophisticated Braiding Machine, imported from Italy, which can braid stainless steel AISI 304, 316, 321 wires suitable to be used for the hose of range up to 8" ID.
Stainless Steel Hose
Our Stainless steel flexible hoses involve the use of tested stainless steel strips conforming to AISI 304/316 L/316 or 321. The specific application of the hose very often decides the grade of material. The hose is of annular construction and the convoluted formation determines its flexibility. These types of hoses find extensive application where pressures and temperatures are involved. Our standard manufacturing range consists of class B flexibility as per BS 6501 Part 11991. This Flexible Hose is manufactured by using tested stainless steel strip as per AISI 321 or 316, 316L. The material and thickness of the strip is selected according to the application of the hose.

The Braid
When the corrugated hose is subjected to pressure, it tends to open axially. The wire braid is provided to prevent elongation caused by the pressure on the hose. This results in manifold increase in the hose's pressure strength. The braid also provides physical protection against damage to the tube and also dampens secondary vibration movements. The braid is made of Stainless steel wire conforming to AISI 304/316/321. The angles of lay, wire thickness, number of strands are carefully selected to meet the various application requirements. The braid is woven in such away that line pressure produces braid tension, and correspondingly provides radial and axial constraint prohibiting elongation of inner tubes. Multiple braided assemblies required to accommodate higher pressures, are also available.
End Fittings
Our End fittings are attached to the Stainless Steel Hose assembly through the highly technique of TIG Welding.These are the means by which the custom designed assembly is attached to the point of application.Various designs of the End Fittings manufactured from Stainless Steel, suitable for diverse application, are available.
Expansion Bellows
Our Bellows and expansion joints are being manufactured based on proven technology used to meet various applications in the industry. The product sizes range from 14mm to 3000mm inner dia in circular Bellows. The expansion joints with single and multi ply with necessary accessories and fittings are part of the product range. The Bellows and expansion joints can be tailor made to meet specific requirements of the customer within the available product range.

Hose Assemblies
We supply the Corrugated Metal Hoses with End Connectors in Mild Steel, Stainless Steel. The End Fittings are connected to the hoses by TIG Welding process for which we have in house Automated Welding facilities. Our products are tested with the help of our sophisiticated Test Bench.
These Hose Assemblies are used in Boiler/Turbine Plants, Chemical Industries, Fertilizer Plants, Petro Chemicals, Glass & Plywood Industries, Thermal Plants, Paper Industries, Tyre Manufacturing Plants, Tyre Building Machine, Cement Plants, Gensets and Oil Refineries. Our Pump Connectors are normally provided for vibration and noise isolation between the piping and the vibration equipment.
