Mamco Precision Switches is a leader in standard-sized ultra-low pressure, vacuum and differential switches custom designed ultra-low pressure, vacuum and differential switches, insert molded parts and assemblies that demand high repeatability and tight specifications. Our ultra-low pressure switch design helps avert normal contact resistance, set point instability and leakage problems. Our Pressure Switches monitor pressure exerted directly on the sensing element, which references atmospheric pressure. This atmospheric pressure is referenced as the zero pressure point. Our MAM 005 Line of ultra-low pressure, vacuum and differential switches are compact and lightweight use special gold crossbar contacts and all-in-one-weld contact/terminal construction that give them the ability to deliver superior high switch point reliability, unsurpassed low contact resistance under the harshest environments, and an extremely long operating life.

Our switches are compact and lightweight, have gold crossbar contacts and specially designed in a trapezoid shape to help reduce contact resistance issues. They have welded contact/terminal construction for higher switch point reliability and extremely long operating life. They have extremely low contact resistance under harsh environments. They are factory configured with different port orientations to satisfy specific mounting requirements and come in a variety of nine different diaphragm materials. They can be selected to assure chemical compatibility with most mediums, as well as reliable operation at temperature extremes. They are factory calibrated from as low as 0.04° H2O to as high as 550° H2O, maintaining a tolerance of +/- 10% of the factory setting . MAMCO can configure all of its MAM005 switches.

MAMCO offers seven standard range units that can be field adjusted to specific trip point requirements including dual range adjustment, UL recognized components, FDA and HNF materials. The same innovation in our 005 switches is used for customized, premium quality components to specially fabricate any kind of low pressure switch for any application.
