Profile: Matex Varese SRL offers a range of single screw extruders that measure from 20 mm to 200 mm. These are manufactured in different L:D ratio (25/28/30/33/35); equipped with proper plasticization screw for the processing of the different thermoplastic materials. Our extruders are available in different configurations for use in line or in coextrusion on column, jockey 360 degree pivoting and on standard plinth. We offer cut off saw models, and cut off saw models with flying knife for precise cut & high frequency of number of interventions per minute, also with warm blade for profiles & special material.
