Profile: Maxson Automatic Machinery Co. designs sheeters for the digital sheet fed printing presses. We introduce a sheeter that converts webs of multi-ply vinyl laminations into master part, which is vacuumed formed into door panels, dashboards, headliners and floor panels for the automotive industry. Our products include automatic squaring systems, carbonless paper sheeters, filtration media sheeters, pressure sensitive sheeters and wax paper sheeters. We create automatic squaring systems which feature AC servomotor positioning of stationary bed knife cutter assembly and fine thread screw positioning through gear head.
