Our model 3 tubing bender is used in roll cage fabrication, chopper frames, offroad vehicle chassis and bicycle frames. It is designed to make quality bends in thick tubing without wrinkling the tube. All links are machined from 1/2" thick cold rolled steel and zinc phosphate plated for corrosion resistance. Our dies are CNC machined from solid steel billets. Steel dies eliminate the problems common with aluminum dies such as breakage and groove spreading. Our combination carbide saw blades are primarily designed for cutting cross gain in soft and medium hardwoods and plywoods. Our super rip carbide saw blades are ideal for nice, smooth, and thin cuts. These blades are often used in gang ripping, where material costs are important.
