We supply in-house sampling of rubber injection molds up to 450 ton molding press capacity. We also offer part removal tools for boots and bellows. We use various types of mold materials that include annealed & pre-hardened non-stainless mold steels, age hardened non-stainless steels, through hardened mold steels, pre-hardened & precipitation hardened stainless steels and through hardened corrosion resistant steels.
