Its features include superior wet adhesion, cathodic protection, chemical resistance, low acid permeability, passivation properties and low oxygen & water permeability. Our CleanGrip® is a sprayable water-based coating applied by bag manufacturers and corrugators to reduce the skid of paper packaging. It is made up of high-performance mica and it eliminates the build-up & clogging associated with alumina nonskids. It provides superior slide angle of skid, meets the most demanding applications and gluable with most water-based & hot-melt adhesives. Our custom-matched ColorCoat™ solutions for graphic packaging and displays are formulated for processing on the corrugator. This makes it practical to use linerboard for decorative jobs that would otherwise require special grades.
