For over 50 years, Mokon has set the standard for high quality circulating liquid temperature control systems. We offer a complete line of heating and cooling systems designed to control process temperatures in industries such as plastics, die casting, chemical, food processing, converting and printing. Our product line comprises of circulating water and heat transfer fluid temperature control systems, central & portable chillers, pump tanks, cooling towers, blown film coolers, cold climate coolers, maintenance products, and customized solutions to meet any application.

Circulating Water Temperature Control Systems are designed to provide accurate temperature control up to 300F with heating capacities up to 96 kw, pumping sizes up to 10 hp, and flow rates up to 120 gpm. Water systems are available in single or dual zone configurations and positive or negative pressure flow.

Circulating heat transfer fluid temperature control systems with a temperature range to 650F incorporate a cool oil reservoir that eliminates thermal shock associated with in-line shell and tube heat exchangers. It offers up to three zones of control in the same cabinet and pumping capacity to 60 gpm and 100 psi.

Air and water cooled portable chillers with cooling capacities from 1/4 to 35 tons. Corrosion-free construction with nonferrous plumbing, stainless steel supply pump and evaporator, and heavy-duty insulated plastic tank. Combination heating/chilling system and dual circuit capacity control also available.

Our central chillers offer centralized continuous process cooling to keep plant-wide machinery at peak performance temperature. They are available in both air-cooled and water-cooled designs up to 120 tons. Our outdoor air-cooled central chillers are designed for exterior installation, freeing up valuable indoor equipment space from 10 ton capacities and larger. Stainless steel pump tank systems are available in single or multiple pump configurations from 250 gallons and larger. Also available: cooling towers from 10 tons and up, blown film coolers to 7500 cfm, and cold climate cooler systems with cooling capacities up to 140 tons.

We offer a wide range of maintenance products designed to allow your temperature control systems to operate at their full potential. Leakmaster negative-pressure systems eliminate processing problems associated with leaks; D-Scaler systems remove rust, scale and/or lime deposits; and ClearFlo heat-transfer fluid and water-filtration systems, improve efficiency of heat transfer system and reduce downtime and maintenance labor.
