Our custom and stock gear racks are manufactured on the latest CNC rack machines. All gear racks have tight tolerances on the tooth to tooth spacing, machined finish on teeth, and a steady pitchline to back dimension. All this translate into a smooth, steady ride for the pinion. We have stock gear racks in 14 ½° and 20° pressure angles in 4-foot, 6-foot & 12-foot lengths. All of our standard off-the-shelf gear racks are made from low carbon steel. Custom gear racks are made-to-order in various sizes and lengths with available customizing services. We also manufacture helical gear racks. All gear racks can be milled and matched for continuous travel & drilled per customer specifications. Our hobbed spur gears are made-to-order using American standard from 1DP to 64DP. We also offer gears in metric/circular pitch sizes. We manufacture helical, worms & worm gears, internal shaped, segment, ring, bevel & miter gears, pinion shafts, stem pinions, splines and sprockets per customer specifications/print. Our gears are widely used in industrial, agricultural, machine tools and commercial markets.
