Profile: Motion Control Technologies Inc. designs and manufactures wire rope cable assemblies, cable lanyards, mechanical cable assemblies, motion control products & custom cable assemblies. Our cable sizes range from .009 to 1/4 inch. We offer galvanized/stainless steel, bare and nylon coated cables. We stock a variety of fittings and terminals & supply custom designed fittings, as per the specifications. Our in house tool capabilities allow us the flexibility for all jobs, large and small. All wire rope cable assemblies are manufactured from single wires that are twisted into main strands. Standard constructions of wire ropes are 1x7, 1x19, 7x7 and 7x19. A common strand is the 1x7 construction, which includes one straight center strand with six wires wrapped around it. Our commercial quality galvanized and stainless steel cables range from .032 to 1/4 inch diameter. We produce standard and custom push-pull controls cable, as well as custom conduit assemblies. Push-pull controls use a solid wire core inside a conduit to move the push/pull forces through planes and bends. We provide both standard and custom push-pull controls to operate, position, open & close components from a remote location. We cater to the automotive, heavy truck, furniture, sporting goods, security products and appliances industries.
