Profile: NELA USA manufactures register punching and bending machines & machines for offset printing plates in manual, semi & automatic versions. Our products include punch benders, blank plate feeder, slip sheet remover, dummy plate feeder, punches and plate buffer. Our Nela PL-T is a fully automatic printing plate loader, where npunched printing plates with slip-sheets are placed in the plate trolley. After positioning the plate trolley into the loader, pressing the start button locks the plate trolley in place and switches the loader to automatic operation mode. Our slip sheet remover is a device that eliminates scratched plates. It is unique in design and has a small footprint & able to be operated from one side. Plate buffer picks up the surplus of plates coming out of CTP device & going into the bender. It is programmed to pick-up the plates from the conveyor belt onto a stacking station directly above the conveyor. Once production slows down, the plate buffer picks up the plate off the stacking station and places them back onto the conveyor for subsequent punching & bending. Our proven solutions provide the speed and flexibility to shorten print cycles to meet the deadlines.
