Profile: Nachi Machining Technology Co. produces machine tools, cutting and finishing tools that serve the needs of broach and gear finishing operations. We manufacture gear grinding, hobbing, honing, roll finishing & broaching machines. Our surface broach machines are used for flat or contoured machining. Our honing & burnishing tools are available for a variety of gear finishing operations. We design & develop a line of precision, hardened and ground gear rolling dies. We perform resharpening services on our CNC equipment for broaches, shave cutters, roll dies and roll form racks. We also provide in-house prototype gear development, prototype and production broaching services.
