Our rotary bottle washing machine is a multifunctional multi featured machine for washing glass and plastic bottles. The bottles are loaded on a rotating platform and are cleaned in a series of operations. Specially designed bottle holders are provided to hold the bottles with varying neck diameter. The bottles are placed in an inverted position in these cup shaped holders. Spraying showers does the external cleaning of the bottles. Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of wash timing and sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirements. Automatic volumetric liquid bottle filling machines work on a volumetric principle with diving nozzles. The unit is compact, versatile & enclosed in a stainless steel matt finished body that consists of s.s. salt conveyor, reciprocating nozzle with self centering devices & s.s. syringe. The main drive of the machine and conveyor drive consist of an A/C motor with A/C frequency drive. Containers moving on an s.s. slat conveyor, feed below the filling nozzles through a twin pusher system & reciprocating nozzles that are precisely matched for centering of the container below the nozzles, to avoid spillage of the liquid on the container. Our automatic ropp cap sealing machine is versatile, self supported on stainless steel legs with a height adjustable adjustment system. The machine is precision built on sturdy welded steel frame that is completely enclosed in stainless steel sheets and doors that are provided to facilitate servicing of the machine.
