Downstream Pressure Control Valves
Our DM and DL series are general purpose self operated pressure reducing regulators, suitable for controlling many kinds of fluids. These self acting control valves keep the outlet pressure constant irrespective of variation in inlet pressure and flow through the valve. Different soft sealing discs are available for various fluids for wide pressure and temperature range up to 190°C. Stainless Steel diaphragms are available for higher temperatures and steam service. These regulators have built in safety feature against high inlet pressure. The DL series valves are a variation of DM series, generally used for pressure settings lower than 1500 mm WCg (0.15 bar g). The DL series valves can control downstream pressure as low as 25 mm WCg.

The DMB/- Series, Pressure Reducing Regulators are balanced trim version of popular DM/Series regulators. These self acting control valves keep the outlet pressure constant irrespective of variation in inlet pressure and flow through the valve. Different soft sealing discs are available for various gases and liquids for wide pressure and temperature range up to 190°C. Because of balanced trim design, these regulators can handle very high variations in inlet pressure without disturbing controlled outlet pressure.

The DB/ Series, Pressure Reducing Regulators are balanced trim regulators. These Pressure regulators are widely used for supplying fuel gas (L.P.G., Natural Gas, etc.) for commercial applications to burners, furnaces and other applications. In general, these valves can be used where required outlet pressure is low with relatively high flow requirement. Different soft seating discs are available for various gases and liquids for wide pressure and temperature range up to 190°C. Because of balanced trim design, these regulators can handle very high variations in inlet pressure without affecting the accuracy of outlet pressure control.

Upstream Pressure Control Valves
Our BP Series are general purpose self operated pressure relieving upstream pressure control valves, suitable for controlling many kinds of fluids. These valves open in proportion to the rise in inlet pressure beyond set value. Different soft sealing discs are available for various fluids for wide pressure and temperature range upto 150°C. The metal sealing surfaces used at higher temperature are carefully lapped to ensure shut off. These Back pressure Regulating Valves are also well suited for high & varying differential pressures.

The PB series are, pilot operated upstream pressure control valves. These are pressure relief valves which combine sensitivity with stability of the controlled pressure. These valves can react to very small changes in controlled pressure. Due to the pressure loaded design, differential pressure across the main valve diaphragm is minimum. Hence these valves are also suitable for high pressure setting. Different pilot and main valve actuators are available to cover wide range of pressure and flow requirements.

Pressure and vacuum relief valves
Our Pressure and vacuum relief valves are used as relief valves for blanketed vessels in which solvents are filled & drawn out at a high flow rate. These can also be fitted, on the process vessels to safeguard the process equipment where unpredicted fluctuations in pressure may occur. By retaining toxic vapours and avoiding atmospheric contamination these help to provide increased fire protection and safety.

Back Pressure Relief Valve
This is pressure relief valve which does not allow pressure at its inlet to rise above a set value. Thus, this is used to protect the vessel from excess pressure during tank filling. Outlet of valve can be connected to the condenser for vapour recovery.
Breather Valve
Our Pressure cum vacuum relief valves are the valves which not only relieve excess pressure in the tank but also breath in external air when pressure in the tank goes below atmospheric pressure.
